These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wjl2 ("wjl2", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the wjl2 online gaming platform accessible at wjl2.net and any associated mobile applications, services, or products offered thereunder. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet on wjl2, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

// 01 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing or using any part of the wjl2 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions, along with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.2 These Terms apply to all versions of the wjl2 platform, including the desktop website at wjl2.net and any mobile-optimised web application. The same Terms govern all products available on the platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, fishing games, and any other gaming products offered from time to time.

1.3 wjl2 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, wjl2 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

// 02 Eligibility

2.1 To register and use the wjl2 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of wjl2, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party;

2.2 wjl2 complies strictly with the minimum age requirements imposed by PAGCOR for all online gaming activities in the Philippines. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process for all accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.

// 03 Account Registration

3.1 Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the wjl2 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to keep this information current and to promptly notify wjl2 of any changes.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

3.4 wjl2 will never request your password or OTP through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from wjl2 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

3.5 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wjl2 support immediately. wjl2 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.

// 04 KYC & Identity Verification

4.1 In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, wjl2 is required to verify the identity of all registered players. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process may be initiated at registration, before the processing of any withdrawal, or at any time at wjl2's discretion.

4.2 KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PRC ID);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification issued within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).

4.3 Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to withdrawal restrictions. wjl2 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved.

4.4 All documents submitted for KYC are handled in strict accordance with the wjl2 Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

// 05 Deposits & Payment Processing

5.1 All transactions on the wjl2 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). wjl2 accepts deposits through the following verified payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at wjl2's discretion, with notice provided to players where reasonably practicable.

5.2 Deposits are credited to your wjl2 account balance upon confirmed receipt and clearance by the relevant payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. wjl2 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which wjl2 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts or wallets belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account where technically possible. wjl2 reserves the right to suspend accounts where third-party funding is identified.

5.4 wjl2 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable Philippine law.

// 06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the wjl2 account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit unless an alternative method has been approved through the KYC process. wjl2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 Before a withdrawal is processed, the player must have completed identity verification (KYC) to the satisfaction of the wjl2 compliance team. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawal requests held until verification is completed.

6.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the platform's cashier section. These limits may be adjusted periodically in line with PAGCOR requirements and internal risk management policies.

6.4 wjl2 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. 7.1 wjl2 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

7.2 Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all wjl2 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period from the date of issue; unused bonuses will expire at the end of this validity period;
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per player per promotion period unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the wagering requirements have been fully satisfied;
• wjl2 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the player claiming it.

7.3 Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk, or colluding with other players to accumulate bonus value — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential permanent account suspension.

// 08 Gaming Rules

8.1 Each gaming product available on the wjl2 platform — including sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, bingo, fishing games, and virtual sports — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the respective product section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of the relevant game.

8.2 wjl2 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games, including slots and virtual sports. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real-time. The integrity of all gaming outcomes on the wjl2 platform is subject to independent technical audit in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during the course of a game or bet settlement, wjl2 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered stake to the player's account. wjl2 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

// 09 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wjl2 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to register an account on your behalf;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-assisted tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage;
• Exploiting any software error, technical fault, or pricing error for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to sporting events offered on the platform;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines;
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing any third party to access your wjl2 account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward wjl2 staff or other players;
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Providing false or misleading information at any point during registration or the KYC process.

9.2 Where wjl2 reasonably suspects a breach of Section 9.1, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, withhold any funds pending investigation, permanently close the account upon completion of investigation, and report the conduct to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities as required.

// 10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the wjl2 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the platform — is the property of wjl2 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wjl2 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any wjl2 platform content without prior written consent from wjl2.

// 11 Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 wjl2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at wjl2.net/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 wjl2 handles all personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

11.3 wjl2 may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other regulatory or law enforcement authorities in the Philippines in accordance with its legal obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of the Privacy Policy.

// 12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wjl2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the wjl2 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

12.2 wjl2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wjl2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit wjl2's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

// 13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 You may close your wjl2 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 wjl2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, including where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• wjl2 is required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable Philippine law;
• wjl2 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud;
• You have requested self-exclusion under wjl2's Responsible Gaming policy;
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with wjl2's dormant account policy.

13.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, wjl2 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, wjl2 may forfeit such balance in accordance with the specific breach provisions set out in these Terms.

// 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wjl2 platform shall first be referred to wjl2's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.3 Disputes relating to the conduct of gaming activities regulated under wjl2's PAGCOR licence may also be escalated to PAGCOR for regulatory review in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable complaint resolution procedures.

// 15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 wjl2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — wjl2 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the wjl2 platform.

15.2 Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes that do not affect substantive rights) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.
